Submit your full paper at:. icisa2010@gmail.com. The full papers must be received  by December 28, 2009. Authors are limited to a maximum of three paper submissions. Papers should not exceed 5 pages. Authors are responsible for having their papers checked for style and grammar before submitting. Formatting instructions for papers are available here

Reviewing

All papers submitted to this conference will be double-blind peer reviewed by the International Program Committee. Acceptance will be based primarily on originality, significance, technical soundness, presentation, and references. The conference committee makes the final decision on the acceptance or rejection of the paper. ICISA 2010 proceedings will be published by reputed publishers with ISBN number.

Acceptance and Registration

Notification of acceptance will be sent via email by January 8 , 2010. camera ready versions by January 16, 2010, Registration and final payment ment be by January 22, 2010. Late registration fees or paper submissions will result in the papers being excluded from the conference proceedings. Only one paper of up to five pages is included in the registration fee. There will be an added charge for additional papers.
