ABOUT OUR COLLEGE

Panimalar Engineering College is a Christian Minority Institution established in the year 2000, accredited by National Board of Accreditation ( NBA ), An ISO 9001: 2000 certified institution, is at its prime location on Bangalore Trunk Road near Poonamallee, Chennai. It is about 30 minutes drive from Chennai International Airport and Central Railway Station. The main objective of the institution is to impart value based ethical education.

 

Students are channelized to become full-fledged vibrant dynamic engineers / professionals to foster to the challenges and needs of the hour. Multifaceted development is ensured to every student who steps in to the portals of the institution. The college spreads its wings across 127 acres of landscape of lush greenery that encompasses more than 14 lakhs square feet of infrastructural area for Class Rooms, Laboratory, Audio Visual Rooms, Library, Drawing Hall, Workshop, Placement Cell for In-Campus Recruitments, Indoor and Outdoor Stadium and other facilities. Hostels are in provision with computer centers and internet facilities for both boys and girls apart from other recreational facilities. The entire campus is on network with optical fiber cable with Internet leased line (24 hrs). The best infrastructure makes the campus life both an educative and enjoyable one for the student.

 

About the Department

The Department of Computer Application established in the year 2001 offers 3 year full time MCA program. This program aims at the development of various skill sets in computer applications and to add high ethical values by inculcating values of honesty, sincerity, punctuality. The department is accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA).

Placement Training classes for every semester by stalwarts to accentuate the students.

Entire course fee is solely sponsored by the Management.
